The "Miss Twice, Get a Slice" promotion

• Eligibility. Open to anyone present at a Las Vegas Aces home game during the promotional moment ("Miss Twice"), age 18 or older.
• Reward. One (1) free slice of pizza, redeemable in person at Slice of Vegas Pizza Kitchen & Bar at The Shoppes at Mandalay Place, Las Vegas, NV.
• Voucher validity. The voucher is single-use and valid only through the close of business on the day of issue. Vouchers do not carry over to other days.
• Redemption. Show the voucher screen on your phone to the cashier and tap "Confirm" in the cashier's presence. Once redeemed, the voucher is consumed.
• One per fan per game. Limit one voucher per phone number per game. Re-submission with the same phone returns your existing voucher link.
• No cash value. Vouchers have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other offers.
• Right to refuse. Slice of Vegas reserves the right to refuse a voucher that appears altered, fraudulent, or already redeemed.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact information.
• Use only your own phone number.
• Do not attempt to defeat throttling, dedup, or other fraud-prevention measures.

Messaging Program (SMS)

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box, you consent to receive text messages from Slice of Vegas through our SMS provider, Twilio.

Voucher SMS (transactional)

• Trigger: You submit the form and check the SMS opt-in box.
• Content: One (1) text message containing your voucher redemption link.
• Frequency: One message per submission.
• Sender: Slice of Vegas Pizza Kitchen & Bar via Twilio.

Marketing SMS (optional)

• Trigger: You separately check the marketing opt-in box.
• Content: Promotional offers, event announcements, and similar from Slice of Vegas.
• Frequency: Variable — typically no more than [N] messages per month.

Costs, opt-out, and help

• Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan. Slice of Vegas does not charge you for these messages.
• Reply STOP to any message at any time to be removed from the program.
• Reply HELP to any message for support, or contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL].
• This program is intended to work with major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, and the "Miss Twice, Get a Slice" campaign branding are owned by Slice of Vegas. You may not reproduce them without permission.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not responsible for SMS delivery failures by your carrier or by Twilio.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slice of Vegas's liability is limited to the value of the free slice of pizza.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
